The interactive, collectible card game combines strategy and action with an entirely player-driven marketplace for a mobile sports experience unlike any other. NBA Breakaway is now available in the App Store.

The screen serves as the basketball court in NBA Breakaway, putting gamers in the center of the action with an array of exciting play options. In multiplayer mode, players can go head-to-head with their friends (via Facebook) and players all over the world, in real time, with a ranked matchmaking system that guarantees competition and a great game. Alternately, players can hone their skills and practice their shooting and strategy with a more casual game. NBA Breakaway also offers a mode in which players take on AI opponents in a full NBA season or take the league challenge against every NBA team. Performance determines reward (with season-exclusive rare cards), so it’s critical for players to bring their “A” game every time. Bonus features include daily quests, weekly challenges, and more, which give players the chance to earn rewards.

To build their bench, gamers have access to an entirely NBA player-driven marketplace where they can buy, sell and build cards to build the best team and the best playbook. With more than 50 action cards, more than 650 different player cards featuring real athletes with unique, custom illustrations and special-edition all-star cards available, collection and domination opportunities are endless. New and updated cards reflecting the status and stats of the NBA will be added each season, which is a win with die-hard gamers and basketball fans.
