Swedish Match Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting 2016

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 16, 2016  /PRNewswire/ --At the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Swedish Match AB (publ) on December 16, it was resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, to pay a special dividend of 9.50 SEK per share.

The record day for the right to receive a cash dividend is Tuesday, December 20, 2016 and payment through Euroclear Sweden AB is expected to be made on Friday, December 23, 2016.
