Support for Celebrate Canada Activities in West St. Paul and Winnipeg
Member of Parliament Joy Smith announces funding for two organizations
WEST ST. PAUL, MANITOBA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/15 -- Department of Canadian Heritage
The Government of Canada is providing the West St. Paul Canada Day Committee with $1,710 in funding for its July 1 celebrations and the Multiculturalism Day Steering Committee with $10,000 for its Canadian Multiculturalism Day event, taking place on June 28, in Winnipeg. Funding is provided through the Celebrate Canada program.
Joy Smith, Member of Parliament (Kildonan-St.Paul) made the announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
