LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT), parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, with offices in the Louisville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati metropolitan markets, today stated that Nicholas X. Simon, age 57, died unexpectedly late last week. A director of the Company since 2002, Mr. Simon was President and Chief Executive Officer of Shepherdsville-based Publishers Printing Company, a fifth-generation printing company. Publishers Printing Company is the largest employer located in Bullitt County, which is contiguous to the Bank's primary market in Jefferson County.
