WASHINGTON, Aug. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) President Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake issued the following statement on the Administration's Clean Power Plan:

"The U.S. Conference of Mayors congratulates the Obama Administration on issuing the Clean Power Plan that will reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions from new and existing energy utilities.
