Starbreeze AB : Majority owner Varvtre AB increases its ownership in Starbreeze in off-market transaction

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (August, 30, 2016) The board has been informed that Varvtre AB has acquired from DigitalBros in an off-market transaction on August 26, a total of 2,000,000 Starbreeze common B-shares.
