The Kearney and The Middleton have been chosen to represent these new home designs offered throughout Northern Virginia. Both designs give new home shoppers options they have not yet seen from Stanley Martin Homes, including rear covered porches, screened-in porches, and intricate craftsman-style exteriors. Since introducing these designs to the market, Stanley Martin Homes has sold 18 of The Kearney model at Villages of Piedmont and 6 of The Middleton model at Embrey Mill.
