MT. CLEMENS, Mich., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- St. Mary's Elementary School in Mt. Clemens received a boost of support with efforts by Mike Riehl's Roseville Chrysler Jeep to help raise more than $1,000 as part of a minivan Drive for the Kids program. The September 7th fundraising event was held in conjunction with the Back to School Picnic sponsored by the St. Mary School and St. Peter Church.
Chrysler Town & Country minivans and other Chrysler family vehicles provided by Mike Riehl's Roseville Chrysler Jeep were on hand for parents and friends to test drive and evaluate. Chrysler LLC provided the funds for the event, and an additional $5.00 for every completed test drive. The fundraiser, part of a national program supported by Chrysler LLC, provides funding for student needs from playgrounds and field trips to reading programs and computers.
