Spectrum Brands Holdings to Update Fiscal 2015 Guidance at Citi Global Consumer Conference

MIDDLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB) will update its fiscal 2015 guidance as a result of its Armored AutoGroup acquisition on May 21, 2015 during the Company’s appearance today at the Citi Global Consumer Conference.

Spectrum Brands now expects fiscal 2015 net sales, as reported, to increase in the mid-single digit range compared to fiscal 2014. Net cash provided from operating activities after purchases of property, plant and equipment (free cash flow) is expected to be up to $440 million.
