Sparton Corporation to Host Conference Call to Discuss Fiscal 2015 Year End Financial Results

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sparton Corporation (NYSE: SPA) announced it will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. CDT/11:00 a.m. EDT to discuss its fiscal year 2015 fourth quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.

The Company’s results for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 will be filed with the SEC no later than September 8, 2015.
