The Sorg Architects office in Washington, D.C. will merge into DLR Group as DLR Group | Sorg. Suman Sorg, FAIA, will continue to lead design for the Washington, D.C. location. Nikki Sorg will lead operations, and Rachel Chung, AIA, PMP, will manage the design studio.

The merger of Sorg Architects into DLR Group as DLR Group | Sorg forms an integrated design firm with an increased scale and presence on the East Coast. It continues DLR Group’s geographic expansion strategy to provide its core Civic, Courts, Detention, Higher Education, Hospitality, K-12 Education, Retail, Sports, and Workplace market expertise to new clients while adding additional market types to the firm’s portfolio.
