September Named National Mortgage Professionals Month in Honor of Those Dedicated to Turning Houses into Homes

As part of National Mortgage Professionals month, share your story for a chance to win a prize. United Guaranty will award up to 240 prizes to loan officers, processors, underwriters, and credit union mortgage originators.

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- To honor the efforts of the thousands of professionals nationwide who have dedicated their working lives to helping families and individuals achieve the dream of home ownership, United Guaranty successfully initiated an effort to have September officially recognized as National Mortgage Professionals Month.

National Mortgage Professionals Month has been proclaimed by the National Day Calendar, which is often cited in national media for its registry of day and month designations, like National Farmers Day (October 12), Medical Assistants Recognition Week (October 19–23), and National Book Month (October). The official proclamation of National Mortgage Professionals Month is being announced to more than 10,000 media outlets.

To celebrate, United Guaranty is awarding up to 240 prizes—electronic memo tablets—to mortgage professionals who share their stories about the rewards and challenges of their jobs. Entries submitted to www.ugcorp.com/NMPM can be very brief or highly detailed.

During each week of our celebration, United Guaranty will select winners through a random drawing to receive a Boogie Board® Memo tablet with an ultra-thin LCD writing screen for jotting down facts, figures, and reminders.
