Schulte Roth & Zabel Hosts 4th Annual Private Equity Fund Conference

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Schulte Roth & Zabel ("SRZ"), a law firm known for its premier private funds practice, hosts its 4th Annual Private Equity Fund Conference today in New York. The presenters will discuss emerging trends impacting private equity firms and the industry. The panels at this year's conference will cover the following topics: regulatory and enforcement; life cycle of a fund manager; and fund terms. The event is by invitation only.
