Sarder TV Holds Successful Learning Event for Chief Learning Officers with Focus on Competency Model Development

On August 18th, 2015, Chief Learning Officers (CLO's) from around the New York Metropolitan area met at the Hilton Times Square for a Breakfast Event to discuss the topic: Learning: Approach to Competency Model Development. Sarder TV, the independent media learning channel, hosted the breakfast get together which was sponsored by NetCom Learning, the experts in managed learning services. The invitation only meeting drew CLO's from the Bank of New York, Citi, Deloitte, JP Morgan Chase, GE, Honeywell, Time, and other Fortune 1000 companies.

Included in the presentation were presentations on process and approach to competency modeling, competency assessment, lasting competencies in a rapidly changing workplace, mistakes in competency modeling and how learning leaders can stay relevant.
