SMTC Corporation Postpones the Timing of Its Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2014 Earnings Release and Conference Call

TORONTO, March 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SMTC Corporation (Nasdaq: SMTX) ("SMTC"), a recognized global electronics manufacturing services provider, announced today that the Company has postponed the timing of its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2014 earnings release and conference call, originally scheduled for Friday March 20, 2015, to allow for more time to finalize its year-end financial results. At the current time, the earnings release is expected to be issued by March 30, 2015. The Company will issue a subsequent notice announcing the timing for the conference call.
