Recovery Centers of America Observes International Overdose Awareness Day Across the East Coast
The organization that provides the finest inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment will participate in awareness events addressing the United States’ addiction epidemic
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 31, Recovery Centers of America (RCA) will participate in a variety of public events to bring attention to International Overdose Awareness Day.
The company, which provides the finest inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, operates Lighthouse, a RCA company, in Mays Landing, New Jersey, with two sites to open in the Greater Boston area and one in Cecil County, Maryland this fall. RCA’s network of recovery campuses will become beacons of learning and change within the communities they serve. International Overdose Awareness Day is an annual global event held on August 31. This year marks the 15th year International Overdose Awareness Day has been observed.
