Prestige Care Acquires Campbell-Owned Senior Living Communities in Washington and Idaho

VANCOUVER, Wash., Aug. 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Prestige Care, a leader in senior living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, today announced an agreement to acquire four Washington and Idaho communities owned by senior living industry pioneer Carl Campbell. The acquisition, effective this fall, expands Prestige Care's presence in local regions where the Campbell properties are serving community needs.

Prestige will assume ownership and management of independent and assisted living communities and skilled nursing centers in four locations, including:

• Wenatchee, Wash.: An independent and assisted living community, plus a skilled nursing center
• East Wenatchee, Wash.:  An independent and assisted living community
• Ellensburg, Wash.: An independent and assisted living community
• Nampa, Idaho: An independent and assisted living community, plus a skilled nursing center

  • Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates (independent and assisted living)
  • Karcher Post-Acute & Rehabilitation Center (skilled nursing)
