Presidio Announces Sale of its Atlantix Global Systems Subsidiary

NEW YORK, N.Y., Oct. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Presidio LLC ("Presidio" or the "Company") announced today that it has sold its Atlantix Global Systems subsidiary, a leading reseller of reconfigured and refurbished IT and telecom equipment, to an equity group led by Millstein & Co. LP, a diversified investment management and financial services firm.
