Premier Sotheby's International Realty Expands Through Merger with Parkland International Realty

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier Sotheby's International Realty today announced its merger with Parkland International Realty, Inc. to expand the Premier Sotheby's International brand into Winter Park, Florida.  

The former Parkland International Realty, Inc., located at 233 West Park Avenue, will become Premier Sotheby's International Realty's fifth office in Central Florida, completing an important commitment to provide full area coverage and establishing a presence in the venerable luxury community admired for its exceptional chain of lakes and charming brick streets.

Hal George, broker-owner of Parkland International Realty, Inc., will remain at the helm as managing broker for Premier Sotheby's International Realty, while Jan Walker will continue to serve in an advisory capacity and as a top-producing associate for the company.
