ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Post Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PPS) will release its fourth quarter earnings after the market closes on Thursday, February 4, and hold its quarterly conference call on Friday, February 5, at 10:00 a.m. ET.
