Pontoon Appoints Two Colleagues to the Leadership Team

Klaus Geiser Named CFO and Terri Manley Named Head of EMEA Delivery

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pontoon, the global leader in workforce solutions, announced today several key appointments to its global leadership team. Klaus Geiser has been promoted to CFO and Terri Manley has accepted the position Head of EMEA Delivery. Each will be a member of the organization’s leadership team and report to the President of Pontoon, Mike Wachholz. Their new responsibilities with Pontoon will commence on September 1, 2015.

Klaus Geiser has been with Pontoon since the organization was launched in January 2013. He has been with Adecco since 2005. Prior to being appointed CFO of Pontoon, Mr. Geiser served as the Financial Controller for the Americas, based in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Earlier in his career with Adecco, Mr. Geiser held positions within International Finance and M&A. Most recently he served as the Financial Controller for EMEA and APAC within Adecco Solutions, the predecessor of Pontoon, from 2010 to 2013. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bayreuth University in Germany and degree in International Management from Uppsala University in Sweden. Klaus, a native of Germany, has been residing in Jacksonville, Florida, with his family since 2013.

Terri Manley is currently the SVP of Business Development for Pontoon in EMEA. She will transition from that role and begin her new responsibilities as Head of EMEA Delivery on September 1, 2015. Ms. Manley has been with Adecco since 2006 and with Pontoon since inception in 2013. She formerly led business development in the Americas and most recently, in Europe. Previous to Pontoon Ms. Manley joined Adecco Solutions in 2010 after leading the Strategic Accounts team for Adecco Staffing North America. Terri, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, USA has over 20 years experience in the staffing industry and currently resides in Switzerland with her family.
