BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/15 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) is pleased to announce that Peapack-Gladstone Bank has completed the acquisition of Morristown, NJ-based Wealth Management Consultants (NJ), LLC ("WMC"), effective May 1, 2015. As of the closing date, the combined assets under advisement and administration were approximately $3.5 billion.

WMC, led by founding principal Thomas J. Ross, Jr., provides comprehensive financial, investment and tax planning advice to ultra-high net worth individuals. These services include financial advice, estate and income tax planning, compensation and benefit planning and investment advisory services.
