Dr. DeRemer began Paws & Claws Pet Medical Center as a veterinary house call service in the early 1990’s. His reputation for caring for pets of all kinds grew to the point where he needed a more permanent and technologically-advanced location to serve his patients. The animal hospital in Troutdale opened in 1994 to fulfill that demand.
