OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pandora (NYSE: P), the leading Internet radio service, today announced the company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be webcast live from Oakland, CA on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 8:00am (PT) / 11:00am (ET).

The record date for the annual meeting is April 6, 2015. Stockholders of record on that date are eligible to attend the meeting.
