DALLAS, July 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PDS Tech, Inc. has purchased Legacy Engineering, LLC effective July 1st. Terms were not disclosed. PDS will operate Legacy as a stand-alone division focused on the delivery of high end engineering consultants to the aerospace industry.
