Oracle Cloud Improves Financial Process Visibility and Cuts Upgrade Costs for University of Kansas

REDWOOD SHORES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/30/16 -- The University of Kansas (KU) has paired its top-notch educational programs with the technology to advance them. With Oracle Cloud, KU will drive strategic student educational initiatives, focus on operational efficiencies and reduce costs associated with lengthy upgrade cycles.

KU selected Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud, Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud, and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud to integrate with its existing Oracle's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications.

The university will now have a comprehensive view of its finances across the campus with end-to-end capabilities -- from planning and budgeting to reporting -- enabling the university to gain insight into critical information in real-time with an integrated analytics platform for improved decision-making. KU will also be able to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of its planning and budgeting processes.
