Northwest Evaluation Association Hits Industry Milestone with Ten Instructional Content Partnerships

Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) announced its 10th partnership with an instructional content provider, Curriculum Crafter, this month, signifying a new milestone for in-depth content integration in the industry. These partnerships allow educators to select appropriate teaching resources from a range of instructional content options including open education resources using a student's RIT score from NWEA's Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) assessment.

The integration of a breadth of instructional content with reliable, accurate MAP data allows teachers to deepen differentiated instruction through MAP Informed Learning Paths. Teachers can personalize instruction for each student with a customized ILP that optimizes the individual student learning experience.

• Compass Learning provides a complete solution for teachers' instructional needs and produces individualized learning paths.
• Curriculum Advantage's Classworks integrates MAP assessment results to provide interactive, online K-8 math, reading, language arts, and science instruction as well as assessment and productivity tools.
• Curriculum Crafter aligns MAP data with standards-aligned instructional content from a web-based curriculum management platform. Teachers have immediate access to thousands of K-12 resources.
• Edgenuity integrates MAP assessment results with Edgenuity's online courseware, creating data-driven individualized learning paths for each student.
• Edmentum assimilates MAP assessment results with Study Island® content and instructional materials to create individualized learning paths for each student, and helps K-12 students master the content specified in state and Common Core standards.
• Learning A-Z integrates MAP assessment results with Reading A-Z's literacy-focused curriculum resources, creating differentiated instructional recommendations for teachers to use with each student or groups of students.
• NoRedInk uses MAP assessment results with NoRedInk's popular grammar and writing software, creating personalized content recommendations for each student.
• Odysseyware combines MAP assessment results with customized, flexible K12 core, elective, and CTE curriculum and instructional tools.
• Triumph Learning integrates MAP assessment results to create personalized learning paths for every student.
