October 28, 2015 7:01 AM EDT

NANTERRE, FRANCE -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/15 -- A new report will provide a monthly snapshot of the non-farm private employment growth of the French labor market. It will be a timely look at labor market trends based on real employment data. The report was conceived as a source of added insight on economic trends in France. Monthly private sector employment data can provide another analytical tool for economists, policy-makers and business leaders to inform decision-making.

The ADP France National Employment Report will be issued each month by the ADP Research Institute in conjunction with Moody's Analytics, a leading independent provider of economic forecasts. This is the same team that produces the widely followed U.S.-based ADP National Employment Report®. The ADP Research Institute is a group within human resources technology provider, ADP®, which conducts research on crucial trends shaping today's working environments and publishes insights that can help organizations improve overall business performance.

"We believe the ADP France National Employment Report will be a window into underlying economic trends in France," stated Ahu Yildirmaz, head of the ADP Research Institute. "Our U.S. report is widely followed by economists, the business community and other influencers as a tool for evaluating the health of the overall American economy. We feel this new report in France can provide the same type of insight."

The ADP France National Employment Report is based on actual declared aggregated headcount statistics of a sample of our French clients. In addition to tracking overall private sector employment in France, the report will include added detail on six major industry segments: Manufacturing, Trade, Financial Services, Real Estate, Business Services and Transportation. These segments were selected for a more in-depth look due to their combined 50 percent share of the French labor market.

The first ADP France National Employment Report will be released on October 28, 2015 at 3:00pm Central European Time, 10:00am United States Eastern Time.
