New Meditation Center in the Minneapolis, St. Paul Neighborhood

Located at the former Assembly of God Church at 4054 Van Buren St NE in Columbia Heights, the new owners are inviting people for a free 45 min – 1 hour tour on Saturday, September 12th between 10:00am – 7:00pm.

During the open house the meditation center will be open to friends, community members, neighbors and public. All are welcome to visit and learn about the center and the programs offered. There will be short guided tours for you to enjoy exhibits, demos, introductory videos & free literature explaining meditation, its purpose and benefits. A brief meditation session will be introduced. Further information about FREE meditation classes, workshops & talks will be provided.

The center will be a facility for local community to benefit from a FREE peaceful meditation place.  Along with spiritual fulfillment, benefits of meditation include physical and mental health, inner peace, personal fulfillment and stress-free work-life balance.
