New Book Collects 'A Jumble of Thoughts' from Former Special Agent

No subject is off limits in special agent James Sitton's new book, " A Jumble of Thoughts " (published by AuthorHouse).

In the 22 years Sitton spent working for the federal government as a border patrol agent, Foreign Service officer and special agent, he says he has pretty much seen it all. "A Jumble of Thoughts" chronicles his opinions and observations on topics ranging from foreign policy to lighting a grill, through a collection of essays.

"Rational thought, developing opinions and then being able to articulate and defend them while holding onto convictions is a gift," Sitton says. "I hope that readers will challenge my opinions and find insight and entertainment in my writing."

Sitton hopes his work will be appreciated for its witticisms, insights and commentary on thought-provoking topics, which include etiquette, immigration, civil rights, clichés, family recipes, Frank Sinatra, superheroes and the art of persuasion.
