Natuzzi Announces Notice Regarding Compliance with NYSE Continued Listing Standards

SANTERAMO IN COLLE, (BA), Italy--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Natuzzi S.p.A. (NYSE: NTZ) (“Natuzzi” or “the Company”), today announced that, as a result of its failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 (the “Form 20-F”), on May 18, 2016, Natuzzi received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing requirements under the timely filing criteria established in Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.

As previously disclosed in its Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 29, 2016 and the Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25/A filed with the SEC on May 12, 2016, the Company delayed filing its Form 20-F until after the extended due date of May 17, 2016 in order to give management additional time to complete its assessment of the Company’s internal control over financial reporting.

As previously disclosed in its Form 6-K filed with the SEC on May 23, 2016, since receiving the notice, the Company has filed the Form 20-F with the SEC. Accordingly, the Company is now in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing requirements.
