National Grid Responds to Supreme Court Ruling on Same-Sex Marriage

WALTHAM, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/15 -- National Grid (LSE: NG) (NYSE: NGG) issued a statement today in acknowledgment of the Supreme Court ruling that the Constitution guarantees a right to same-sex marriage. In a 5 to 4 decision, Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote the majority opinion, stating that gay and lesbian couples had a fundamental right to marry.
