National Association of Professional Women Inducts Nicole Giordano, Owner, Rockland Skincare, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Nicole Giordano as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in beauty. With 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

Goal-oriented and results driven, Nicole Giordano has accomplished her goal of owning a spa, which recently opened in the summer of 2015. She is the proud Owner of Rockland Skincare, which specializes in laser hair removal, skin care, laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, microdermabrasion, lash/brow tinting and extensions, as well as 3D brow and lash extensions.

As a Laser Esthetician, Ms. Giordano has proven her experience in the field. Currently, her practice has two treatment rooms and she will soon be adding three or four additional rooms. Rockland Skincare also offers facials, massages, micro-current treatments and an array of electrical treatments.

Combining a laser center into a day spa is challenging, but Ms. Giordano is determined to create a successful business. The practice's Facebook page states: "We at Rockland Skincare dedicate ourselves to providing excellent service to our clientele while educating them on their skin care concerns."

Ms. Giordano received her Associate degree in Business from Rockland County Community College. She is currently involved with the Association of Skin Care Professionals, Day Spa Association, National Aesthetic Spa Network, National Aesthetics Organization and National Coalition of Estheticians Association. She is passionate about charitable organizations such as West Point, Wounded Warrior Project, American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels and Memorial Sloan Kettering. She also volunteers at the Northface Endurance Race.
