For convenience, it accepts debit and credit cards and cash for payment. Located conveniently in public areas and stores where ATM machines are found, it is also easy to operate and affordable. As a result, it reduces the chances of missing bill-payment deadlines.

The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "There were many times when I needed to buy a money order but couldn't get to a post office during normal business hours," she said. "This type of machine offers 24-hour service and could be located conveniently for public access."
