Mintz Levin Represents Navios Maritime Partners L.P. in $34.2 Million Public Offering
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that it represented Navios Maritime Partners L.P., a master limited partnership traded on the New York Stock Exchange, in the completion of its public offering of its shelf registration of 2,800,000 common units at $12.21 per unit, raising gross proceeds of approximately $34.2 million. The joint book-running managers for this offering were Citi and J.P. Morgan, and the co-managers were S. Goldman Advisors LLC, DVB Capital Markets and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
