Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution and Schedules First Quarter 2014 Earnings Release and Conference Call

DALLAS, April 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (Nasdaq: MCEP) ("Mid-Con Energy") announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.515 per unit, or $2.06 per unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. The distribution will be payable May 15, 2014 to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2014.

Earnings Release and Conference Call

Mid-Con Energy will release its financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014 after the market close on Monday, May 5, 2014.

Management will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
