MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Materion Corporation (NYSE: MTRN), a global leader in advanced material solutions and services, will host its Investor Day for investment professionals at The Plaza Hotel, New York City, New York, on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A continental breakfast will be served prior to the start of the meeting with lunch to follow upon the conclusion of the meeting.

During the event Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Richard Hipple, and other senior Materion executives will discuss the Company's operations and strategies for growth. The slide presentations will be made available via Materion's website at the onset of the event.
