Materion Corporation Declares Third Quarter Dividend

MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Materion Corporation (NYSE: MTRN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2016 dividend of $0.095 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 2, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2016. The dividend is a reflection of the Company’s continued confidence in the strength of its business, its prospects for long-term growth and its ability to continue to grow the business organically, as well as through acquisitions while returning cash to shareholders.
