Magna International Inc. (NYSE: MGA) reports Q2 EPS of $1.92, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.82. Revenues for the quarter were $6.71 billion, versus the consensus of $6.58 billion.
Sees FY08 sales in the range of $24.3-$25.6 billion, versus the consensus of $25.87 billion.
Declares a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per common share, payable on September 15 to shareholders of record on August 29.
