Louisiana Bancorp, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
METAIRIE, La., April 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Louisiana Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LABC) announced today that its Board of Directors at their meeting on April 28, 2015, declared a cash dividend of $.07 per share on the common stock of the Company, payable on May 26, 2015 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2015.
