LiveOps Cloud Taps Meg Marsh to Spearhead its New People Department

LiveOps Cloud, a leading contact center-as-a-service (CCaaS) provider, announced today it has hired Meg Marsh as the Vice President of its People Department. In this newly created role, Marsh will lead the company's worldwide human resources organization with a focus on developing and executing an innovative, forward-thinking people strategy to attract top talent as well as develop, reward and retain LiveOps Cloud's employees.

Recently surpassing 160 employees, LiveOps Cloud is experiencing tremendous growth and plans to further increase its global workforce with an additional 48 hires in 2016. Creating its People Department is a critical step to help further attract, cultivate and retain the best talent to keep pace with the company's rapid worldwide expansion. With more than 16 years of experience in human resources, Marsh has a history of creating company cultures that are the foundation of corporate growth by combining the necessary human resources functions with programs and activities that engage the hearts and minds of employees to establish an environment focused on people.

Prior to joining LiveOps Cloud, Marsh was VP of Human Resources at UShip.com, where she led expansion and culture transformation through large-scale people strategy development, lifecycle talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. Before UShip.com, Marsh built her experience in the technology world at leading Austin-based company Frog Design, as well as leading organizations in digital marketing and nonprofits including: Datran Media, GSD&M, Austin Humane Society and Austin Museum of Art.
