Holmstrom has developed a depth of experience representing insurers throughout the Southwest. Sklar has a wide-ranging litigation and appellate practice. Admitted in Arizona, California and Nevada, he regularly represents lenders in loan enforcement actions, businesses in commercial disputes, and manufacturers in product liability cases. He has served as lead counsel in trials in state courts and bankruptcy court, and has also argued appeals in both the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
