Lakeshore Recycling Systems Ranks 31st on Waste360's 22nd Annual Ranking of the Top 100 Waste & Recycling Companies

CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/07/15 -- Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS), Chicagoland's leading independent recycling and waste diversion services provider, announced it has been ranked 31st on Waste360's 22nd annual ranking of the top 100 solid waste and recycling companies. The prestigious Waste100 ranking reflects LRS' continuing revenue build as the Chicagoland leader in waste diversion and recycling. The rankings were released formally at WasteExpo last month in Las Vegas.

In 2014, LRS earned more than $110M in revenue fueled by significant expansion of new and existing business in educational, retail, municipal and residential service markets throughout greater Chicago. The company recently announced its three-year waste removal and recycling contract at eight area City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) sites.
