L-3 Increases Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has increased the company’s regular quarterly cash dividend eight percent from $0.65 to $0.70 per share. The board has also declared the next dividend payable on March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2016.

“We are pleased that our performance and long-term strategy of disciplined capital allocation allow us to increase L-3’s dividend for the 12th year in a row and continue delivering value to our investors,” said Michael T. Strianese, L-3’s chairman and chief executive officer.
