Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC Welcomes New Attorneys Jason Kerr and Sean Tate

Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Kerr and Sean Tate.

Jason Kerr joins the firm as a senior associate in the Litigation Section of the Dallas office. His practice focuses on first and third party insurance litigation, including auto, trucking and commercial liability policies. He also has extensive experience handling personal injury and wrongful death cases involving premises liability, automobile, 18-wheeler and train accidents. Jason has successfully defended clients against claims of wrongful foreclosure, as well as claims involving breach of contract, fraud, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and violations of the Texas Insurance Code.

Jason received his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001. While in school, he received the Texas Tech School of Law's Michael J. Crowley Legal Ethics Award. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University.

Sean Tate joins the firm as an associate in the Real Estate Section in the Dallas office. Sean advises clients in real estate transactions, including office, industrial and retail leases, ground leases, build to suits, sale/lease backs and sublease transactions, as well as real property purchase and sale transactions.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in 2014. While attending law school, Sean served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Lora Livingston in the 261st Civil District Court.
