Jim Lal Joins Eventus Solutions Group as Senior Vice President of Sales

DENVER, May 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eventus Solutions Group announced today that Jim Lal has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Lal takes over responsibility for sales of Eventus contact center consulting services including management consulting, technology implementations and managed services. Lal is based at the company's headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.

Like most other Eventus executives, Jim is a contact center veteran, having worked in the contact center industry for over 25 years. Jim comes to Eventus from Avaya, where he spent seven years as a General Manager responsible for sales of professional services as well as project delivery.  Prior to Avaya, Jim spent eight years at BearingPoint, where he was an Associate Partner responsible for sales in the CRM/Contact Center segment.

Jim started his contact center career with Pacific Southwest Airways, which was subsequently acquired by US Airways. He then moved to Household International (now HSBC), where he was a Director for the Credit Lending Division. He subsequently took a position as Director of Fraud Operations with American Express, where he led a team of 150 contact center agents and back office personnel across three locations.

Jim holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from University of California Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix.
