Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. Announces Quarterly Common and Preferred Stock Dividends

ATLANTA, March 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared quarterly dividends on shares of its common stock and Series A and Series B preferred stock.

Common Stock Dividend

The Company's Board of Directors today declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock for the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on April 28, 2015 to stockholders of record on March 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 26, 2015. 

Series A Preferred Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 7.75% Series A Preferred Stock of $0.4844 per share.  The dividend will be paid on April 27, 2015 to stockholders of record on April 1, 2015.

Series B Preferred Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 7.75% Fixed-to-Floating Series B Preferred Stock of $0.4844 per share.  The dividend will be paid on June 29, 2015 to stockholders of record on June 5, 2015.
