Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Improved Coping for Roofers (DLL-3040)

"I am in the roofing business and a contractor," said an inventor from Corsicana, Texas. "I came up with this idea because most roofing contractors outsource their coping needs, and it costs a lot of money to produce coping from flat stock. My invention will save both time and money."

He developed the patent-pending FLEX COPE to make it easier to produce coping for use on roofs. The design eliminates the need to travel to the jobsite, take measurements, send them to the metal supplier, then to the metal fab shop, and then back to the jobsite for installation. This saves time, effort and money, and lessens costs. The coping features a labor-friendly design. Furthermore, it improves on-the-job productivity.
