These new capabilities are designed to improve the ability of customers to accurately forecast, calculate, and communicate compensation information to employees and their managers. Calculation Drill-Ins – Administrators now have a greater ability to drill in to specific calculations to more easily support their decisions while avoiding complicated manual calculations or time-consuming emails with colleagues for additional information.  The software's ability to drill down into calculation results to help administrators analyze all aspects of their employees' compensation plans creates greater accountability between payments, bonuses, commissions, and individual underlying transactions.  In addition, the greater granularity of their calculations allow managers to better leverage their time and resources, and instills greater confidence and work satisfaction among employees. 

New Worksheet Styling – Approval worksheets are now significantly more robust, with the ability to support multiple budgets, hierarchical layers of information, improved column alignment and freeze pane capability.  These improvements allow users to more easily manage information with which to model compensation plans and enable them to better view and present critical information.

Increased Data Segregation – Customers can additionally segregate access to data at an organization level, preventing users in one area from accessing sensitive compensation data from another part of the company.  This additional level of security complements features already in place, such as user authentication and authorization, encrypted usernames and passwords, and secure FTP transmission, to deliver maximum data security and integrity.

Improved Integration – Iconixx increased support for information regarding new department, location and job assignments for tighter integration with SilkRoad and other Human Capital Management applications.  By including this type of information within the Iconixx framework, relationships between the two systems can be leveraged to achieve additional flexibility in calculating sales and incentives.
