Herbalife Issues Correction to Non-Financial Information

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global nutrition company Herbalife, (NYSE: HLF) has issued the following statement:

Today Herbalife filed an 8K correcting non-financial information related to the Company’s new "Active New Member" metric provided in previous 2015 earnings calls. The errors do not impact the Company’s financial statements in any way. The cause of the problem has been identified and corrective measures have been put into place.
